At HiEndGuitar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium instrument purchase. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the instrument in its original hardshell case and shipping box, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included.

  Shipping and Insurance

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized courier location; we recommend keeping your tracking information for security.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our luthier team inspects the instrument to verify its condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
